Written Returns and Refund Policy

Return Conditions:

  1. Return Period: Our customers can request a refund within 2 days from the date they received the product.

  2. Product Status: The product to be returned must be unused or slightly used, undamaged and in its original packaging. The product must be returned in almost the same condition it was sold. Our customers must take a video while unpacking the products delivered by cargo and keep this video. In product return requests, this video will be requested as evidence. In cases where the product is damaged or missing, if the video recording is not provided, the return request will not be evaluated.
